This ThinkGeek shirt via gritsinmisery: WANT. That's just absofuckinglutely perfect:D. Speaking of T-shirts, this Who shirt is also awesome. Mostly because "I DENY THIS REALITY!" sums up everything about the hardcore, obsessive Whovian. Ok, and it's awesome because the Doctor shouted it while being tortured by the Master. It's a shame the typography on it is a bit dodgy (the "I" kind of disappears into the design so you might miss it unless you know the actual quote), but man, I do love the idea:).

It was a limited edition, and they sold out. That's why people will be asking silly money, there's no alternative source.

My mother went to the Jaipur observatory in the 1980s. It looked extraordinary. Must work out what to do with her photo albums.

Yeah, I know that's exactly why the ebay prats are ripping people off. Bleeding RT. I really do hope someone can get scans of it up soon for those of us who aren't in the UK. Some of the photographs look stunning.

And it'd be great to see those photos one day!

That t-shirt would be brilliant!

I've read about that observatory in Jaipur. Jaipur has been one of the places I want to go to ever since I dreamed about it years ago, lake and all, without having consciously heard of it.

The Jantar Mantar is absolutely stunning. What an amazing place. The Doctor took the Master here for their honeymoon, Y/N? And I knew I recognised it; I watched the movie 'The Fall' over the weekend and they filmed in various locations throughout India, including the Jantar Mantar. There's a blog here which lists most of the locations used, along with accompanying screencaps. Definitely one of the most beautiful films I've ever seen.

I only just got the film and have been meaning to watch it. If I get any time off from the bloody builders, that is. It looks amazing. Even though just reading articles on Jantar Mantar has spoiled me for the film already. Damn it. Grr.

AND I HAVE TO DRAW THE HONEYMOON NAO.

Oh, you have it! *glee* Yes, watch when it's nice and quiet and the builders have buggered off. I hope it wasn't spoiled too much. :(

OMG YES, PLEASE DO.

I hope I can get to watch it this week. But I was spoiled for major plot resolutions, which wasn't nice. *shakes fist* Still, it sounds like an amazing film and it's been on my to-watch list for a while.

THEY WOULD MAKE LOVE UNDER THE STARS. And the Doctor would point out constellations and the Master would be all "oh, shut up and suck." It'd be beautiful and romantic. *g*
