LOVED your captions and agree with all of 'em - TBH this story is without compare in the whole of RTD's era and I have to say I thought I loved S3 Simm!Master but Blonde!Master is just... words fail me, TBH. He's the absolute pinnacle. Hard to see how he could ever be better than this (well, there is one way but I don't somehow think we'll ever get that on a family show...)

Oh, I can think of ways for him to be much better than this, but then again I have Issues(TM) with Rusty and stuff. But I don't really have that much to complain about with these Doctor/Master scenes. I would've wanted the Master to be there at the very end, though, and there needs to be fic about this somewhere...

I agree - it's the one thing about the TEOT that did disappoint me. I so wanted the Master to be there at the end - but I knew he wouldn't be because the Simm!Master would have so stolen the scene (like he did in every scene he was in, IMO) and they would never allow that on Ten's swansong. So yeah - fanfic. I'm sure there'll be some along very soon...

This is a thing of beauty, and I'm adding it to memories for further...research. Yup.

You know, I totally forgot how many sex!faces the Master pulled during this episode. Also, I can't believe children watch this show...maybe it's my dirty mind but some of the Doctor/Master scenes could have broken the television with their naughtiness.
