Disabling Snapshot bubbles, the Navigation strip, and other crap on your LJ

I've noticed lots of my flisters having those annoying Snapshot preview bubbles on every sodding link, and been wondering why in the hell you guys keep those things on, because I, for instance, find them bloody irritating--I want to read the journal entry, not look at a snapshot!

Here's how you can disable the buggers: Go to Viewing Options and

thank you so much about the *graphic preview" thingy, it's been bugging me for a while, but I thought that it was firefox being annoying and I had no idea how to switch it off...thanks!

Eh, those are just LJ's own adverts for non-paid accounts. Those, you can't turn off, sadly.
