So...do Giuliani and Romney really now officially represent New York and Massachusetts? This strikes me as unfair.

And what with Podhoretz being Giuliani's principle foreign policy advisor, I imagine that even the standard lines of "I'm going to move to Canada/Switzerland/Mars if that guy wins" are going to be inoperative, as all three will be bombed by year two.
