I'm finding myself like horror more and more these days. I'm still working out some details/pre-writing before doing a zombie story for the super challenge.

Did you pay for a used book? or were you supposed to get a new one? And even if it is used..I thought they don't accept books with writing in them...*knows this because i've sold back books to my old college bookstore* Perhaps you could complain and get a new one?

I hate used stuff too. I'm just finicky and anal about the condition of my stuff. I don't usually trust other people to take decent care of it.

And no, I pay for new books. So I shouldn't have gotten a used one at all. Which is one reason I was pissy. DX Andyeah, I don't think they're supposed to take books with writing in them. I called, complained and they said they'd ship out a new book, but I need to keep the one I have no so I can do my coursework.

Notes were okay, or they were supposed to be last thing I heard. Character profiles needed to go in the forums and stories had to b spaced. But now there PBF :D I like horor stories ^_^ I've been procrastinating to write one some day, maybe when I finish everything else (and that will take a while...) XD *cheers for you* I know your stories will be great!

I never highlight my textbooks, they all look as if they were new with the exception of the missing plastic wrapping that would have prevented me from opening them of course (though with the math books I as tempted to leave it on). XD I might like or dislike the highlighting, if they highlight useful things, yay skip reading is easier, if it's all over the place, it's ew. I also don't trust answers left in used books, yet I've heard from people who copy them without checking them. O.o;;
