Part I. and it all started with a rubber band

so what am I even supposed to write. I could pour out my guts in here and be left only with the bitter satisfaction of feeling slightly lighter, after the fact. The truth is... I'm lost. as emo and silly as it sounds, I'm utterly lost, and I'm stuck in this weird rut of work and home, work and home, work and home, work and home, ( Read more... )

i'm going to be honest. i only read part...V & VI. lol. the "no marriage" thing got me. b/c the only thing I want to do is get married. O_o i saw the cutest day the other day w/ his kid. and, well, anyway...i think it's an interesting choice and if you can be happy w/ it, good for you^^ b/c let me tell you, boys are dumb. lol. but the idea of staying at home all day while my husband works is too appealing for me XD
love you bunches & bunches maybe i'll read part I-IV when i'm not driving myself insane

Cutest day indeed.

I think you meant "guy"...or possibly "gay".

i meant "dad"

why do you get such pleasure on nit-picking ppl?

really jamestopher, if i meant gay how could he have a kid? and don't go into the whole discussion about adoption. just b/c you can't connect w/ kids doesn't mean every other guy is emotionless.

You spelled "people" wrong.

I don't enjoy it...always. I usually let spelling and grammar errors slide (I have too since there are so many of them, and I make plenty myself), but I only point it out if I find them funny.

Saying "the cutest day the other day" out loud makes me laugh.

Plus, I had to clarify...I would've never guessed "dad".

For the record, I wouldn't have brought up adoption, but I would've brought up guys that get married and have kids but then announce that they're gay...that one annoying American Idol guy is an example...uhh...Clay Aiken.

Katie, dear, I loved this entry. I hope you weren't referring to me as one of the people who is annoyed by overly enthused Katie. I do tend to enjoy it and it brightens my day. If you are enthusiastic about something than show it!
I read the whole thing, and I predict that tho you are boycotting marriage now, you will get married and have a happy marriage. You just haven't met the person to whom being married would not be like pouring acid daily down your own throat. (Wow that was dramatically emo...) Anyways, you'll be more cautious than your unlucky siblings, so your marriage will be successful. But a boycott in the interim sounds fantastic.
As for the rest I have no comment, and no comment is necessary because you put it quite well all on your own and that was quite a good rant. I will say this, the part about the books and our little butterface was heart wrenching.
I love you Katie Dover!
