So I made a Season 1 Blair Waldorf Fashion picspam almost a year ago and had so much fun reviewing her amazing wardrobe that I knew I was going to make a Season 2 picspam as well. The costume department didn't disappoint! I found so many gorgeous outfits that I decided to do a Top 25 instead of a Top 10, and I will be splitting it up into two parts
