I am quite pleased that my daughter is back with me. We went out to buy her jeans today and it was fun just being us girls. She is quite the smartass (have no idea from where she gets that!) but  she cracks me up. Serves as a great salvation from the craptastic days I sometimes have ( Read more... )

Thank you! Wish I had done it while I was in SB, as the weather is so great, but then there would have been a LOT of hills.

I totally forgot she was coming back for the spring semester. Only a few more months and then he'll be home, too.

I wish you all the luck in the world for the half marathon. A friend of mine here just started training to take part in one, too. Y'all have a lot more guts than I do that's for sure. lol

Yes, he will be.

As I said, I am terrified and excited, perhaps more of the latter after talking with the guy who is going to be training us. Seems to have delusions of grandeur, which I find scary. I'll keep ya posted.
