Yeah, that movie absolutely rocks. I bought it on DVD and they've got a bunch of extended documentaries on the making of it. It was actually the first movie shot with the intention of being edited completely digitally. It talks a lot about neat things they did with the color and the contrast to give it a "dusty" kind of old timey feel.

My friend Steve plays in a local bluegrass band and said that they've been getting asked to play "Man of Constant Sorrow" all the time since that movie came out.

That's so rad. I bought my dad a dvd player this past summer for his birthday and he's hardly used it at all! While I was watching it I kept thinking that I was going to buy it for him. Neither he nor my mom have seen it yet {odd for them, because they tend to stay on top of movies with buzzes like that one had.} And now that you say there are all kinds of cool features, it's a definite must-buy ( ... )
