The state-fair posse is quickly becoming more of a platoon.  So let's open this to negotiation: we're pretty set on the 18th, as Coral has a limited window in Raleigh.  But what about times?  Is anyone set on seeing the fireworks?  Do other people prefer to be home earlier than that?  They typically go off at 9:45, and I know that's pretty close to

I agree with Spazz, except for the bit about rides. Waterfall is best for meetings. I'm pretty flexible and should have a clear schedule for that day myself.

Are you not interested in the rides? I bought tickets, but mostly I just want to ride the ferris wheel. I don't really trust the other stuff.

I'm definitely not suggesting that we all travel in a herd, or even that we try to plan anything! Right now we're looking at about a dozen people (if everyone who's interested shows) and there's just no way to coordinate that many people. The Waterfall sounds like a good place to touch base and go!

I know that I, for instance, am very excited about crafty stuff and farm animals. I could care less about games. But if we're all going, it'd be nice to try and meet up for FOOD!

We have no schedule that we know of! We'll be parking at the soccer field and riding the bus in. I don't care for rides, lemme ask Eric & Dan. Nope, Eric is interested in carnie games (to win me stuff!), and I'm all about the competitions and the fried fried goodness. I will probably take more time in the knitting & quilting contest area than anyone else will care for :)
