So I know this isn't news to ANYBODY, but working full-time really sucks. And I'm in the stage right now where I'm just learning everything, so I'm not even self-sufficient enough to just buckle down and work; I have to follow everybody else around and just learn shit all the time. Yeah, that's kind of how I feel about my journal now. And I could always unlock the posts that contain fic, so as not to lose readers that way. So yeah, I dunno, I probably will end up doing it. New job, devout Christian boss/co-workers (THEY ALL GO TO THE SAME CHURCH, AMBER. IT MAKES MY SKIN CRAWL :<)

Why didn't I just go to you directly with layout issues? You're the layout Neo! Or something. Um. I like bright colors contrasting with black (you remember that one I had a couple layouts ago? With all the bright pink and green and whatnot but it was mostly black? That was nice.) And I like sidebars. And if I go friends only I'm probably going to want to use a header. I have this one

Thanks, sweetie! I'm sure it will; as soon as I'm proficient enough, I'll bet I can sit my butt at a computer and crank the work out without somebody standing over my shoulder all the time. And maybe I can even bring my earbuds and listen to decent music (quietly!) to drown out the Christian radio station always droning in the background :]

Actually, I don't mind his hair there. His hair now (at least in the pictures I've seen from Rising Con) though, IDK. He's not Christian Kane! lol I actually like this length the best on him:

Am I crazy, or did you just change your layout? What's not to love about polka dots?! Unless, of course, they remind you of psycho clowns, in which case...no, that's still kind of cool.

You're not crazy! Or, at least not because of the layout thing. I thought I really liked this one but now I'm over it. Plus my iPhone doesn't like to load it properly. I need LJ at work!

"Over it", okay. Don't have access? Change it immediately! I don't have lj access at work, either, and the only way I can get any sort of fix is by answering comments via my email client. Man, that's tough.

That's my most reliable way, too. But sometimes on my lunch HALF HOUR (that's right, I only get 30 pathetic minutes) I like to load LJ and see if there's anything I have to get super-excited about reading RIGHT FUCKING NOW, like the next chapter of my favorite WIP or an awesome new Big Bang or something. Y'know. So I want to find a new layout that my phone will stop being a bitch about and load like it's supposed to.
