~new person randomly commenting~ partially, it's the very cracked out nature of tentacles. Seriously, they're *tentacles*. How is that not crack? another portion of the adventure is the fact that you can have all kinds of things happening at once...nipple massages, penetration of various orifices, if there is a male being molested, then we have things likened to handjobs, just...uhm, with a tentacle instead. hyperstimulation can be a very potent thing.
