Yesterday sucked. I went to the store to pick up some groceries for supper, and when I went to check out, the meat that was supposed to be 2 for $5 (according to the shelf tag) rang up at $3.19 each. I found out that coffee is a major eczema trigger and decided to cut out coffee. In my research I found that chai tea is a great substitute because it's very strong and has a lot of cream and sugar - just like I like my coffee!
