Adorable! I like the way Rose is different than how a lot of stories portray her--more friendly and less worried about school. The buildup to the relationship was great, too, and I liked how it ended, even though I wish I could see how it continued after!

I loved your characterizations of both Rose and Scorpius. You did a very good job creating them as individuals, who while maybe inheriting a trait or two from what we know of their parents, have their own distinct personalities.

I enjoyed the story from each year of school showing the development of their friendship. And while I wanted to read more, I thought you chose an excellent point to end, leaving it open-ended and hopeful with the promise for more.

This is beautiful. I love the relationship between Rose and Scorpius. It's delicate and absolutely perfect. You've provided such wonderful characters and atmosphere that I have no difficulty believing that this is what really happened. I also admire your restraint in this story. You've taken it to the perfect ending, and no farther. This really was beautiful, and perfect.
