Aww. This was very sweet. Seeing Cas so emotionally vulnerable and exposed just breaks my heart as well. It really is depressing, but seeing the tender way that Dean cared for him was really touching as well. Great work with this. ^^

See, I've read this twice now and I haven't commented, which is bad of me. So here I am.

I adore fallen!Cas. He's my favourite thing and your version of him breaks my heart. Your description of his nightmare brought tears to my eyes but at the same time Dean is a wonderful character and the way you've written the transition in their relationship let's it flow so well.
