i imagine it might be a bit strange for you to be reading about a New Years eve, that you are yet to experience.

( long, rambling, mature content, sexist thoughts and drug use. you just can't click fast enough can you?... )

i see drunk people, drugs, cigarettes, fun, even numbered year, ea!, friends, drinking, girls, good+times

What a night; I'm bloody envious. I can't believe you wrote such a long entry and actually kept it interesting (erm; not because it's unusual for you, but very few people are able to pull it off. I like those headings...).

I'm going to go pretend I did something a lot more interesting, and insert your stories into my imagination or something. And take a bunch of pictures of random shit. I should post them, then. Eek. Me-pics.

(And yes; they're called whip-its, and they're the gas from whipped cream cans; you just don't flip them upside down, and you suck [er, well, not you in particular]. Ultra-sketch. To me, anyway.)

thank you! it was a struggle to write that out when i got home, my thoughts were all scrambled, and i left some background stuff out, but i wanted to keep it pacey.

and don't be envious. You'll get yours in a few years. And pictures of you? all good!

re: whip-its - i don't get them, and am not really interested in doing them. I learnt the American word for them from Denis Leary's No Cure For Cancer.

i'm still exhausted and i've slept twelve hours.

You are an amazing writer! Maybe I am extra senstive to your style and use of words because I work in a publishing house, but I am not sure that is the case. I don't think your talent would be lost on many. Even us "stupid Americans in America!" Ever read Dave Eggers' book "A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius" ?
