DAMON AND ROSE. I loved them. Good point about them not being romantic~ as such, because their connection went beyond that. And you're so right that he just completely dropped his act around her. They were EQUALS, man. Curse the fridge-happy writers.

SO SAD. But, I am comforted by the fact that she didn't appear in Ghost World, because even though I would've loved to see her, it's my head canon that Damon helped her find peace and therefore move on. ;_;

I was searching Damon/Rose (because I am that way), and WORD for everything you said. Damon dropped his facade around her, no ~wriggly eyebrows or melodrama, and they were so strangely functional in her whole arc.
