Haha, that happens to me all the time. Also my dad used to have this story about making a peach pie over an open campfire in Boy Scouts, which just got worse every time he told it. (The story, not the pie.)
Anyway!
"You have five minutes," She says, hearing Corbin's voice, But this pie is peach.
"What then?" Crane questions, Ice cream melting on his nose. Abbie hides a smile.
TWO haiku, because I could not fit the pie flavor in one. :D

Haha, that happens to me all the time. Yeah, I've told myself I have to stop writing food in my fic because then I always get cravings, but I haven't stopped yet. It was really bad last winter when I was trying to write this whole epic Christmas story where gingerbread cake was a recurring theme. Om nom nom nom.
And hee! We made peach cobbler over an open campfire when I was in the Brownies, but no terrible stories. (It was delicious!) That sounds like a dad kind of tale. :)
