Stupidly Happy

First off, Music & Lyrics is the most adorable movie and I want to see it all over again and buy the soundtrack and play "Pop Goes My Heart" on YouTube and dance around my living room. (Also, anyone unfamiliar with VH-1's Pop-Up Video - which I was talking about a few months back - that's what they're doing to the video at the end.)

Wasn't it simply awesome? I didn't get it till they hesitated telling her about David, and it was all so nicely done without a huge deal made about the reveal. Loved it.

About the preview for next week, Sam kept getting strangled almost every episode for a while, now it seems to be Dean's turn to get thrown into walls every single episode. Seriously, how is he still walking around?

I was so confused when they hesitated about telling her because then I thought he was dead or maybe he'd been turned into a ghost or...I never see that plot twist coming. Never.

See, I think there's a division of labor. Sam saves kids, Dean saves women. Sam uses the computer, Dean kicks in the doors. Sam gets strangled, Dean gets thrown into walls. Sam fears going evil, Dean gets shoved to Death's door and dragged back at the last moment. :)

I didn't see Lost Highway. :P Maybe I should rent it? Does it have the same plot twist?

WEREWOLVES.

Despite being a Bill Pullman fan, I never actually did get around to seeing Lost Highway. (And reading the plot summary just makes me confused.) Similar advertising and probably loose plot similarities. Kind of like Croatoan totally ripped off "28 Days Later" for it's ads.

WEREWOLF STANDING OVER DEAN. *glee*

I kind of miss first season - I was rewatching it earlier this week and I liked how they were just bouncing around running into things. (Although I have to say that the last couple episodes of the first season and the first of the second were fantastic to watch all at once.) I did find it jarring to go from the "Sam possessed" story back to regular episodes.

I kind of liked Jean-Claude in the first few, but after the whole Raina thing, the whole series was just very painful for me. Dean's welcome to stake whoever he can catch.

Going in, I wasn't expecting to be enthusiastic about this episode--I don't know why. However, I really enjoyed it.

I did *not* see that end coming, and I thought it was very well-done.

Yay Supernatural!

My interest in Supernatural was kind of fading in the last few weeks so I wasn't really excited about it either, but it really was just very well-done. I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't see it coming. :)

Yay!

Was it just me, or did it look like Dean was about to get bitten by the werewolf at the end of the promo?
