I've been researching like crazy this morning. Zela is getting her tonsils and adenoids out next week, and I'm trying to prepare us both as much as possible. What foods and liquids to have on hand, what pain killers are best, what the procedure will be like. my hip flexors are SORE! even though I may have some ab strength (covered by a layer of padding), I truly have no core strength. everything that is supposed to work my core kills, and leaves my hip flexors really aching ( Read more... )
