Tetra loosened her muscles as she turned into the open doorway of dorm BE-9. "Hey," she coughed, shifting her gaze to the blonde boy sitting on the bed.

He ran up to gave Tetra a quick hug, but then pulled back so he could admire the twigs she brought. "Ah~that's great! I brought a couple things from outside too, so now the nest will be perfect!" He never stuttered or fumbled over words around his longtime friend. "Anyways-- so here it is," he motioned towards said evil bird egg turned sex ed. project.
And Link laughed a little, scratching the back of his head. He moved over to the bed and pressed his hands against the cool shell of the egg. "It's warm. Tetra scratched her chin and walked towards her friend, mostly unresponsive to his grin. Cautiously, she set down her twigs next to the egg; they had made white indents on her pink palm. She rubbed and talked at the same time: "Yeah, but do you know how to make a nest for this thing?" Tetra paused her hand-massaging for a moment to pull up her shorts. "I don't even really know how to start."
She wobbled slightly and nervously laughed under her breath. Her split-second smile turned into a seemingly pained frown. "So, what do we do? Just..." She moved her twigs around into kind of a star shape, desperately trying to put together something usable. "...like this...or...uh..."

She thought long and hard about how she looked right now. Tired, nervous, blah. This is my chance to be on top again. "Looks fine, move the egg in there," she said, and grinned her most convincing, sarcastic, sassy, un-nervous grin. She joked, "It looks heavy. You wouldn't make me move that, would you?"
