Cammy was the first to stick her head in the door. She said she would be there, and so she was. She wore a flat expression, a bit unsure of what to expect.

"Professor."

He turned. Oh, a new student. "Yes?"

She stood at attention.

"Cammy White, sir. I spoke to you on the journal network. I'm new."

Speak; I command you! will_be_god August 15 2011, 06:39:31 UTC
"Today's class session has a singular purpose--to further understanding of each other in the hopes of keeping peace amongst us." Last week there had been a dust-up of sorts that they would likely remember, but he had been planning this before then. "I ask that you speak frankly, and recall that this is a united environment. As such, any mockery will be met with punishment to suit the crime."

After standing fully from where he had leaned against his desk, he concluded "When you speak of your ethical stances, remember to support those ideas to the best of your ability. And feel free to challenge each other to enforce those supports."

[Marx replied with a question of his own, which only consists of a single word]

Why?

Such a strange question. Usually people lept at the chance to talk about themselves. It was part of the egotistical human nature. "I have already explained why."

[It's human nature, yes. But Marx is no human. Besides, he doesn't care to nor is interested in talking about himself in front of others. He only wants to make things difficult for his teacher]

Well I didn't hear you loud enough, so can you tell me again? Pretty please with sugar on top?
