What: GIOVANNI STALKING A Team Rocket reunion!
Who: Archer and Giovanni.
Where: In the hallway outside of Giovanni's classroom.
When: Forward-dated to after the Blind Date event; Tuesday, November 23, after Giovanni's class.
Warnings: Archer being a creepy stalker. Team Rocket-y things.

Giovanni smiled as he packed up his things for the day. Today had been a good class, and he was in a fair mood anyway, despite recent happenings.
Although that would change quickly, unknown to him.
So it was that he walked out of the door, papers he was looking at in one hand, briefcase in the other...

WHAM!

Papers fluttered down around him as he hit the ground, shielding the case from impact with his body.

Archer had been pacing, a habit of his that manifested itself when he was nervous. And of course he was nervous - it would be his first time in years speaking with the boss. What if he didn't approve of what they had done in Johto? What if he hadn't heard? Archer's head was full of questions, and he completely missed seeing the man exit the office, only to run straight into him.

The Executive's features immediately set into a glare and he was about to snap at the man he'd run into when he recognized him. "Boss?" Oh no. Of all the people to run into...! Archer's expression blanched immediately. "I'm terribly sorry." He quickly scooped up the papers that had scattered around his feet. He held out a hand to his boss - though he was certain Giovanni wouldn't need his help. "I didn't mean to run into you, boss. I apologize."

Giovanni shook his head to clear it, when he heard Archer say that word.

Boss. That was a bit unnerving. Raikov was the only one who called him that recently...but he knew this voice, albeit from several years ago. He looked at Archer, trying to remember the man's name. Four years was a long time, after all.
That face brought a rank title with it though.

"...Admin?"

Archer nodded, but he immediately added anyway, "After your... disappearance I - along with three others - took the rank of Executive." A short pause, and he quickly ammended, "But only for the duration of your absence, boss. The former Executives in Kanto..." Archer paused here and a shadow of disgust crossed his face, "disappeared." They had fled. There had been arrest warrants out for them and they had fled. They left Team Rocket to struggle when they held the power to revive it. That power had been reclaimed by the four Executives - albeit without Giovanni's permission.

"It is good to see you again. I hadn't thought I'd find you here, of all places." Archer's voice was carefully neutral, his hands now folded behind his back, as if unsure what to do with them. He really wasn't sure what to do - he wasn't sure what the boss would say either. There really was no other course of option but to wait and see.

"Hm, that doesn't surprise me especially." He took Archer's proffered hand, remembering his name at last. "Archer, isn't it? I sent you to watch over the experiments in the Sevii Islands, didn't I? I cannot say I expected to see you here, either."

Ah, he did remember. Well, of course he did, Archer mentally scolded himself. This was the boss, Giovanni. Of course he would remember his Administrators, even if they did end up taking on new titles of their own accord. That wasn't the point. Giovanni didn't seem particularly angry that Archer had given himself a new title and basically taken over in the boss' absence. That was a relief.

"Yes, sir, you did." Archer nodded and helped pull the boss to his feet (not that he actually needed the assistance, of course). "While there, I... altered the course of the experiments, I suppose you could say." He paused for a moment and added, cautiously, "Have you heard of what took place in Johto after your departure?"
