"Call me Doctor Loooove Machine."

He smiled a little. And laughed a little.

He might have even squeeze her hand a little harder.

"Sure. That works."

It would do for now. Maybe one day she could drop the honorifics altogether. He certainly didn't use any for the other teachers and students himself.

Wait, weren't they going somewhere? Oh yeah, food! Somehow that had slipped his mind. Well, since she was holding his hand...

"Hold on." He snapped his fingers with his free hand, and they disappeared in a blueish light, reappearing on front of the restaurant. The bright neon lights from the city around them light up their clothing in all sorts of colors. He looked up to the building's sign - it was pretty flashy and high tech.

"Here we are." The tone seemed to indicated that he wanted her approval before going in. Maybe she'd want to eat somewhere else.

It'd be sort of nice to just call him by name sometime. Or 'Gan.' That was pretty simplified, and it didn't sound silly or anything like that. What he didn't know was that when she was on her own, she called him 'Ganny,' which was her ridiculously juvenile pet name for him. That'd never see the light of day either.

"If that's what you'd like," she replied with a smile. Easy as pie, it was to do things and use the excuse that she was doing it for him. She'd call him whatever he wanted her to. And even far from home, she was excruciatingly proud of her heritage, even when she got accused of being a part of his harem.

...Would that really be so bad? She was much more than that. She wasn't some common courtesan ( ... )

"Naaah." He was a certainly more relaxed than a few minutes ago. His heartbeat was almost back to normal, it was a small miracle! "Maybe later I'll show you a really interesting trick."

Ever the gentleman, Ganondorf suddenly grabbed the nearest poor soul's coat, teleporting the guy away before he could protest, and using it to cover the water puddle right before the door's entrance. He then hopped over and opened Nabooru the door with a mischievous grin. You simply couldn't take the prankster away from him, could you?

"Ladies first."

She looked amused by his antics. Her lips upturned and she lifted her hands, releasing him from her bonds to toy with the ends of her ponytail. It was strange that he could be childish and she still found him charming. Well, at least she thought she did. She didn't honestly know.

"So I'm still a lady to you, then," Nabooru commented as she stepped in the direction of the door and showed herself in. "After growing up with you, sometimes I think you might see me as just 'one of the guys,' or something." Not that she minded, of course.

"Really?" He closed the door, nearly hitting an old lady and followed her, smiling. "Sometimes I think all of you might see me as just 'one of the girls, or something, considering."

The waiter seemed to recognize Ganondorf and nearly recoiled in horror. The Gerudo King didn't even bat an eye and raised two fingers like this was the most normal reaction in the entire world.

"Table for two. Do it quickly." The waiter gulped looking a bit surprised at Nabooru's presence, knowing he shouldn't fool around with him. A few minutes later, they were in a small room, menus in hand. "I enjoy coming here when Nancy has a vegetarian day. They quickly learned not to make me angry."

How they had, however, were details best left to Nabooru's imagination. It might have involved kitchenware becoming sentient at one part...
