What: New couple doing couple-y things. (dinner and a movie.)
When: October 5th, sometime after class.
Where: Generic movie theater # 3 and some resaurant.
Warnings: Honestly, I don't know. I can't imagine it getting too bad, though.

A relatively short ride later, Rachel pulled up to the curb. "This is the place, right?"

"This is the place," Jake said, taking his helmet off. "I made reservations early to make sure we'd have enough time for the show. This is a great place, make great steaks!" And so he led the way in.

The place had great steaks alright.

Great enough that Max was sitting at a table eating like 5 of them at once.

He hasn't seen you yet.

Yet.

Lash was besides Max, because this had been one of those I am taking you to a restaurant and see if Black Hole is doing anything evil by talking to you. Unlike her fellow Orange Star members, she was only eating one steak and looked pretty bored to be there. It was hard to get conversation out of Max when he started eating and he's stopped asking questions once he figured she wasn't hiding anything no matter how wrong he was.

Probably because she was bored she had taken to doing the very impolite thing of looking around to see who else was there and spied Jake and Rachel from the corner of her eye.

"Max," she whispered harshly, elbowing him on his right bicep. "Max, Rachel and Jake just entered the restaurant."

"What?" Max asked, his mouth full of baked potato. He'd missed most of that.
