"We are, very~ Ohoho, you could say they feel much like sisters and daughters to me," Selene spoke, though the latter only really applied to the much younger fairies of the group like Sherbet and Windy.
"Ah, I have been meaning to ask, what is it like to be a Pokemon Trainer? It sounds very interesting~" Not something that she'd ever want to do or partake in, but it sounded somewhat fun from what little she knew now.
It was about that time that the waiter had set their food on their table while they conversed.
"Its exciting. You get to travel the world, and make many friends and foes." His eyes lit wide, Pokemon training was his life. "A life long adventure is what it is." Green couldn't stop smirking, thinking of what happened.
He motioned to Selene's plate. "Go on." He would not take the first bite.
Selene nodded as Green explained it to her. It seemed brief, but it told her so much in the process. A life long adventure sounded exciting. Certainly not anything she could ever do or like, but for those who would, she had to commend them.
"Hm? ... Ah! Dearie me, I nearly forgot about my plate," She chuckled awkwardly and took a bite of her soup. As always, they did it deliciously! Butternut squash was pretty nasty, usually, but it tasted nice in a soup.
"Mmm, it is very delicious~ How is your sandwich?"
As soon as the spoon touched Selene's lips, Green was devouring his sandwich. "Ish goot." He manages to get out around some lettuce before swallowing.
"I mean," He clears his throat. "It's good, you were right about this place." He takes another bite before asking, "So, if you're from such a nice place, why did you come to Smash Academy?"
Selene blinked a little bit at Green speaking with his mouth full. Green, that was not very gentlemanly. She didn't mind, though, and didn't really say anything about it. Besides, it was time for her to ramble again! Yay!
"Ah, well~ I have thought of traveling previously to learn more of the world and find more books to read find more books to read. I have always been very curious about schools~ I came here to learn and possibly spread whatever knowledge I can with others," She paused and then added a chuckle. "Ohoho, and to see the libraries in this city, of course~"
Aaaaaaah Green. Green do NOT say that. Green, Selene's eyes are twinkling now. Green, what have you done.
"You've been thinking of... writing a book? Oh my, a book on what?" Greeeeen nooooo do not do that. She will never let you sleep until you write a book Green noooo. She'll be at your bedside. Creeping. Waiting for a book.
"On being the best." His grin was nearly glowing. "The best pokemon trainer, the best Champion, if not the most recent, and the best Gym Leader." Brag brag brag. He probably continued talking about what made him the best, which boils down to 'I'm Green Oak.'
Green. Green, Selene's eyes were twinkling so hard. She'd be crushing on you so hard right now if she weren't lesbian "That sounds very fascinating. If you were ever to write a book like that, I would most certainly buy it~" Or at least read it at a library real quick for free. She didn't always have a lot of money on her.
Speaking of which, she was now done with her little meal and she realized that she'd need to pay. "Oho, speaking of buying~" She took out a small amount of money from her satchel (she had to wear one to keep her cash and such since her outfits had no pockets) and counted. She frowned a little, hoping that she had enough to pay for this.

"Ah, it seems like you are all so close, almost like a family. I know the feeling well, being a Pokemon trainer and all."
