obligatory bff shota shenanigans thread herebeststarterSeptember 7 2009, 04:01:46 UTC
Bulbasaur had not quite realized yet that his pink puff ball of a friend had a super special power of getting (mostly) whatever he wanted through the power of adorable. Not counting the rest of the general populace, it was pretty super effective on Bulba. Kirby didn't have to do much to convince him to help him out with his entrepreneurship. Not that he really needed to be convinced in the first place.
So there was a Bulba approaching a Kirbs, eager and ready to help him out. "Kirbyyy," He greeted, and then pointed at the rest of the stand. "Do you need help with the rest of that?"
"Bulba poyo!" Kirby greeted his green friend with a smile and a wave as the other approached the stand. He was finishing in getting the sign up when the other arrived.
"Poyoyo, yes poyo!" He then replied cheerfully. "There are some glue and tape and other stuff to put the stand together, poyo!"
Bulbasaur gathered up the mentioned supplies. This was going to be the best stand ever, held together by the power of shotastic will and determination and adhesives. Aw yeah Bulba was totally putting those pieces of the stand together look at that. Just look at that determination. Those dango better sell like hot cakes, man.
TRIPLE SUGAR THREATleadthemalongSeptember 7 2009, 04:30:33 UTC
Olimar loved sweets, and dangos were no exception. In fact, he always found the treat to be irresistible.
"Hello, Kirby!" He had already approached the stand, then turned to the green haired boy. "Hello, Bulbasaur." It certainly didn't help that the dangos were being served with tea, and by such adorable little children on top of that.
If he didn't help out, what kind of person would that make out to be?

"Poyoyo, we just started poyo, but it's fun making odango poyo!" Kirby replied with a smile as he got a paper plate out to place one freshly-made dango. He was still testing out the coloring effect, so the only ones he had made were rainbow-colored. He also got a paper cup out to fill it with tea from a large thermos container.
"Poyo! Here you go, Mister Olimar teacher poyo!" He said with a smile, handing the plate and cup over.
Lash comes to eat stuff and talkthings_go_boomSeptember 7 2009, 04:35:56 UTC
She had promised him to come, so Lash was there, even if she had slept very little after her successful raid on Green Earth and mysterious bad guy's house.
"Hey Kirby! Hey...um...Bulba, I think?" She yawned.

"That's right!" Bulbasaur confirmed cheerfully. "Hello!" Bulbasaur had never really spoken much with Lash in person before, but that wasn't going to keep him from doing his job. She looked kind of tired, so obviously she needed a little sugar to pep her back up.
"Would you like some dango, ba? Kirby just got done making some ba!"
Re: Lash comes to eat stuff and talkthings_go_boomSeptember 7 2009, 05:06:25 UTC
"Yeah, that sounds good about right now." She yawned again and stretched. "Oh yeah, thought you might be happy to know that my plants bloomed again last week. Don't know if you remember me asking for help last year, but thanks for the help."

"Oh, they did? That's great ba!" Bulba's grin spread from ear to ear. Of course he remembered. He was really happy to hear that they were still doing well. "Don't forget to talk to them and stuff bul."
The boy pointed at the array of dango on the stand. "How many would you like ba?"
"Poyo! Hi Eggman poyoyo!" Kirby greeted with a smile and a wave, almost splattering the sauce to put as topping for the dango all over the place with the brush he held in his hand.
"Poyoyo, we have lots of different types of dango poyo!" There were different assortment of colors, flavors, and shapes.
"Poyoyo! The best poyo?" Kirby looked over at the rows of dango, in thought. They all looked so delicious... He heard his stomach growl. Okay, he'll just pick out three that he wants to eat right now!
He picked out a pink one that he mixed some cotton candy with, one with maple syrup over, and one that tasted like pot pie and placed them on a paper plate.
"Here you go poyo!" He said with a smile, handing over the plate.
As she had told Kirby, Hojita showed up to see the two and come for some odango. She never heard of it until Kirby made his entry, so she thought it'd be a good idea to come try it!
"Hi Kirby! Hi Bulbaaaaaaa!!" She waved to them both.
Oh hello that was a very familiar voice. He looked up from messing around with some of the dango ingredients, turning towards the girl with a big grin. "Hi Hoji!" Bulbasaur waved back. "How are you? Did you come for some dango ba? It's really yummy ba!"
"I'm really good but hungry!!" Hoji stated the obvious with a loud giggle. How obnoxious, Hoji. Don't be so loud. "So I want some!! What's it like?!" She tilted her head a little.
Bulbasaur laughed, having expected Hoji to show up hungry. "Well we've got a lot we can offer you! Um... They're kind of soft and chewy, and some of them can be really sticky. We've got a whole lot of flavors, ba!"

"What do you think of the sign poyoyo?" He then asked, gesturing towards what seemingly said 'ODANGO' in colorful letters.
