Characters: Max, Smithy, Metaknight, anybody watching What: Max and Smithy Spar For Great Justice Where: The Stadium When: July 6th Rating: P for Punching.
Eh, what the hell, Lash figured she could watch from the sidelines and give Max some support. Not that a guy holding a ripped off barrel of a tank really needed support, it was the thought that counted...right?
Besides this was not a chance to see him fight outside of the battlefield and study his fight patterns. That would be rude.
Much like the earlier spars she had watched, Lash had a small notebook and was sitting in the middle rows.
And here came Smithy, trudging along the grass to stand across from his opponent. What was this? A huge muscle-man? And here he thought Mario was enough trouble. Well, it was time to see just how well those muscles worked in battle.
He awaited the judge, without saying a word, holding his hammer in his right hand, and reading his machinegun-fingers on his left.
"GO MAX! YOU CAN DO IT BUDDY! SHOW THEM THE KIND OF TOP-NOTCH FIRST CLASS POWER OUR WEIGHT ROOM PRODUCES!" Knuckles yelled from the stands.
Hey... he liked Smithy well enough but Max was his bra. They weight trained together. They footballed together. They shed blood, sweat and only the manliest of tears together. They out-manlied Captain Falcon together. They were as good as brothers.
Out-manlied Captain Falcon? Well, gee, maybe Max should win by default-- HAHA JUST KIDDING. He was always glad to see an audience. SUDDENLY, a stage appeared and was promptly followed by "Whenever you're ready, gentlemen."
