Who: Olimar, who ever happens to be in the way
What: Open log, Olimar's back from Hococochocolatte Hocotate. Also to visit Piklolis as promised.
Where: ~*~SCHOOL~*~
When: Early Saturday, different times so that I can get to everything yay!
Rating: IDK, probably and preferably not that high at all.

Once Samus heard Olimar had come back safely she made it a point to say hello and catch up. She was also itching to get her mind off the usual things she ended up brooding about, and this was the perfect chance. She missed him.

And it was hard for the bounty hunter to not miss him; she caught a glimpse of him passing through the courtyard and approached. "Hey."

"The new one?" She smiled and had a feeling Olimar would have really liked something like that, "It looks nice, I haven't been in it yet myself."

"It looks great!" Finally hints of actual enthusiasm could be picked up in his voice. "There's already plants growing. I just have to make sure Hojita doesn't try to eat anything in there... clean or filthy I swear she'll eat anything..."

"Haha, that would be pretty detrimental to the plants... and ah, probably anything else growing in there." She was trying to think of something related to share with Olimar that he missed while he was gone. "I think just after you left Jeff drank a lot of energy drinks and was incredibly hyper for a few hours. I can't believe he did that."

Samus wasn't entirely sure if she should say this, or if Olimar knew already or not but by the time the thought crossed her mind the words, "And Ionia wants to get married." were already out of her mouth.

He nodded listening to her, hmm Jeff didn't seem like the type of person to get into a situation like that. Oh well.

Upon hearing of Ionia's wedding he laughed again, "Yep, she told me all about it. I wonder if I'm invited." Needless to say, it was all so adorable.

"Of course you are." Samus chuckled again, "She has a big list written down, just not sure when yet."

She put a finger on her chin and looked upwards, mock-trying to remember what day Falcon's birthday was on... that she didn't know. "She'll probably want to wait until sometime after Falcon's birthday onnn..."

It was now just innate curiosity on the bounty hunter's end since... everyone seemed to be talking about marriage lately. "If you don't mind me asking... how old were you when you...?"

Yes. A married man, we know Olimar, we know.

"Twenty four..." Samus echoed. When she was that age the events of Metroid II and Super Metroid were taking place she was bringing a final end to the Mother Brain. It was hard to Samus to envision herself settling down at any age.

...sometimes she wondered though.

"When I was that age I was on planet Zebes..." She didn't feel quite so hesitant to mention space adventures around Olimar since he was fairly open about his.

Twenty four didn't seem that young to Olimar, pretty normal. Maybe when your life is mostly just shipping packages across the galaxy there wasn't much else in his life.

He smiled, space was usually a good topic. Well, Olimar never knew of Samus' troubles and never wished to find out. "I was working by then. Actually I got into doing space shipments when I had gotten out of high school." Louie's age, how funny. "Of course it was a part time job around that stage of my life, considering how serious I was into finishing college." Shouldn't you be? "We knew each other years before though. It just seemed like the perfect thing to do." It really was at the time. It was what hurt Olimar the most... even if it was a rather convenient marriage it really was solely out of love. He really cared for her, and he still did...
