i think im feeling more like myself than i was for a while. thank goodness. jenni and i are "detoxing" for the next 2 weeks. we have pledged to:

not drink alcohol
drink more water
not eat sweets (that means no ice cream!)
exercise more

we'll see how long this lasts.

i go on my trip in 2 weeks!
