Thank you very much for sharing the memorable moment. I wish I could join their concert. My dream will never come true :(
I read many (well, I should say "all") comments about their weird outfits. I saw their previous concerts (not when they were very young), their outfits were not bad. I wonder if it's because of a bad designer or they intent to make those outfits that way?
I also read news that their concert might be faced an empty seat.. Is it?
I feel very sad when I read many mean comments lately about Smap (especially when comes to Kimura) for any issues that are related to another junior boy band. I only know Smap via the internet but I think they seem to behave mature and well considering their age. I don't see any signs about ego or arrogance from them.. or may I short sight? I hope they will be success at the top to prove that each one, each band is unique like their song "Sekai ni hitotsu dake no hana".
Oh..THAT empty seat rumor. First of all, it's originated from a Japanese gossip blog, written by an unknown source. It was only one blog, one entry, that was picked up and translated into English. Second of all, judging from actual reports from Japanese fans from twitters and forums, there was practically a ticket war when the lottery result was announced. And third, this happens to any bands, any concert, and any sport event in everywhere else. Someone will buy tons of extra tickets for a popular event, hoping to sell it at a higher price later on. Sometimes all those tickets will be sold, sometimes not all of these tickets can be resold. It happens everywhere even with the FIFA World Cup or the Summer Olympics, probably the two biggest events of the world

Thank you very much for your response. It makes me feel very happy for Smap. Although I haven't known Smap for long but I really like them. I guess because I like the way they are.. being normal..having both up and down time like all of us. I feel their sincereness and enjoy being one of their fan :)
Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed reading it. I hope you do manage to see them one day too. I also thought it was impossible and yet it happened in the end :)
I didn't notice any empty seats to be honest. There were some scalpers selling tickets outside but by the time the concert started they had sold off and disappeared. So I really wouldn't believe the nasty rumours about empty seats.
People just cannot appreciate SMAP. To be honest I think they are lovely. I mean they walked through almost the whole train and they were actually smiling back at people so I wouldn't call that mean. They could have just gone straight to their carriage without anyone realising but they chose not to. That alone for me says a lot. Even though they were tired they chose to do this so the fans can see them.
Thanks for the report. How lucky for you to be in the same train as SMAP! :D I heard that SMAP took the Shinkansen a few days ago, and lol-ed at the last part about fans trying to attack SMAP's car. XD I wonder if they booked the entire green car, or if there were a few lucky people who were in the same carriage.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. XD XD XD I've never been to a SMAP concert, but every time I read a report, it feels like I'm a little closer to being there. With your descriptions, I just got so doki doki! Lol!
And, to be on the same train as the Members. *melts* I totally ROFLed at the hilarity of the situation aboard the train. Though I certainly can't blame them. Haha! ;P

I think there were other people in the green car too but SMAP had bodyguards around.
