The laptop thing...long story short, we know that every time Penny's laptop breaks Sheldon or Leonard generally fixes it. Also that she runs off their wireless. It is very possible that Sheldon has in fact done something to it, considering he at one point locked off her internet. So who knows -- he could easily confuse the IT guy.

Re: the coffee. This happened: aw how sweet, you think coffee means coffee. The most important part ends at 1:00 mark.

Also, it's worth noting again that Sheldon doesn't drink coffee, and given his reaction the one time he did should never do it again. Zoom zoom.
