I love what you did with Lexie here, giving her a more rounded reaction to having her dad back. She's forgiven him, but didn't forget that he wasn't there for her. He hurt her. And I think that's something that should have been addressed on the show (or maybe they will address it). So I love the fact that Lexie made this speech. And I love that she tied it in with Mark being there instead.
This whole story makes me go a little bit "OH." Like I'm witnessing some moment that was inadvertently lost and forgotten about on GA but really brings everything full circle. Because this, it reads like something that should have been on the show. And honestly, my vocabulary isn't big enough to explain the many ways why I adore this fic.
Keep writing post-eps. You rock them =)

I don't think that you can just forgive and forget like that. From my own experiences anyways.
That's the thing I love about post-eps -- trying to tie them in with the show, giving it that extra oomph to the ending that it didn't have. So I'm glad you thought that it fit.
