I mostly stay away from Lost fic these days, but with a Tori lyric as a title (and Sawyer/Claire as the pairing) I couldn't resist.

I'm glad, because this was fantastic. My favorite was this:

Wow. Chills. Seriously. This gave me chills. The whole idea of her not talking. For so long? And them coming together all just feels so natural. I can't even believe that you were nervous about this. This is beautiful and perfect! (And hey, I named their kid without even knowing it, lol.)

The not talking thing comes from a book I was reading right before I wrote this, go figure. The rest of it is completely pulled from the song the title came from. But it's been so long since I've had my toys in this particular sandbox that I was totally unsure of myself. Oh man. This was so gorgeous, and maybe this is the entire wrong time to ask, but do you know anywhere I could get just Sawyer/Claire clips? (as opposed to downloading full Lost eps?) I now so want to make an S/C vid to 'Silent All These Years'.

Oh wow this is amazing!
I second KC, totally gave me chills. I love the way you describe Locke in this for some reason too!
It seems like it would be a crazy idea for someone to just stop talking, completely, but it fits SO perfectly here. It's beautiful the way you manage to make them connect so well without that.

Locke will always creep me out. I try to convey that in every way possible lol.

Nothing's crazy in Lost. Not even mute people. But it's by her own choice so that's a bit different.
