This was beautiful.

Sawyer likes to pretend him and Jack were so very different - but he’s been looking to fix her since she came back.
I love this line because it's so fucking true.

“You’re pregnant. Probably about four months along.”

Damn.
LOL, this part cracked me up.

This is probably just me being my normal anti-skater self, but notice how he doesn't tell Claire "well we better hope you're not." Hmph.

OMG! This is awesome.
I have to admit that I've had a thing for Claire/Sawyer since Season 3, but reducing it to the pairing (which is great!) wouldn't do justice to this fic.
This is both heartbreaking and hopeful. And I think I could quote the whole fic in this comment, I just love every tiny little detail so freaking much. Perfect!

oh my twin, you are so very good to me. That was about ten million different kinds of lovely. The angst was subtle but I like the tone of this piece very much, I also really liked how Sawyer just accepted her and it just worked. The references to Jack and Locke were perfect! I got this request, with no idea who you were. At all. That same day KC linked me to that Mark/Lexie comment fic you wrote, told me your old username (I knew who that was vaguely), and then I believe you friended me and I friended you back. I am such a sucker for Sawyer calling Claire "sweetheart." *melts*

Also I have a not-so-secret-anymore soft spot for Conmama, so I really enjoyed this. The notion that Claire won't speak because she doesn't want to ask about Aaron appeals to my love of all things psychological. And, usually I don't like fics that involve pregnancies, but it worked really well for me in this one when she began to sing "Catch a Falling Star." That was chill-inducing, in an emotional kind of way. (And I'm glad she didn't die -- somehow I find it easy to believe that Claire is immune from the island curse.) I know you didn't write this fic as a gift for me, but it almost feels like it, because you hit all the right buttons. And I'm so glad you're writing Lost fic again! ♥
