Freshly back from the mock-presidential debate and election held at my school today -- ironic when you consider Friday's actual debate isn't a sure thing atm -- and I was pleasantly surprised that no one killed each other over their political views. People played nice (for the most part) it was almost nice. I say almost because I had my fair share ( Read more... )

OBAMA.

I'll be watching The Office, but I am excited for the Grey's premiere so hopefully it's good. :)

FTW.

It's just easier for me to catch up on The Office tomorrow since it's only a half hour. I'm not going to come in during the middle of Grey's, so I'd have to watch all two hours, you know. I dunno, hopefully they are good. I need new TV.

It's really sad that most of the Grey's fans I know don't like the show anymore and just can't stop watching it. I have exactly the same problem. Maybe it would be better for me if they would kill off Izzie. I'd probaby stop watching it then. So, please Shonda surprise me and make this show good again!

Season 4 wasn't horrible. It was better. But not great. I'm hoping we can continue to get better. Time will tell I guess.

I hated season 4 because of the Gizzie drama but maybe now it will be better.

Well yeah, Gizzie sucks, believe me I know, but it was over pretty early. At least it felt that way.

(the other 7% went to either Ralph Nader or Bob Barr's way, which was surprising to me to say the least).

This made me laugh so hard.

I just...I get Nader, I really do, but Bob Barr? That was way out of left field.

OBAMA.

I kind of turned of Grey's last season, I just didn't like Gizzie at all so I stopped watching, but the promo looked good for the premire, so hopefully it will be good.

I fought with myself about giving up during the whole Gizzie ordeal but as it stands now I'm glad I didn't.

I'm a self-confessed Grey's Addict. No matter how lame or annoying the writing can sometimes be, this amazing bunch of actors make me love their characters even when they are not given much to work with. Perhaps it's this that makes me overlook the inconsistent quality, or maybe I don't have very high expectations. But the bottomline is, I'm excited for tonight, v.excited. And I can't wait to see how all the different little plots set up in the finale will play out this year.

Same here. I hate this show a lot more than I should and yet I haven't missed an episode. It's sad. And I am excited to see where this year takes us.

Oh, trust me, I'm way more sad than you. Most of the time, I just turn a blind-eye to its faults, because I'm still hopelessly in love with the characters and their stories- though I agree that they have a long way to go before they can recover some of that S1/S2 magic. Just did a review of the SP on my journal, by the way, and would love to hear your thoughts on the episode if you can spare the time.
