Aw, I didn't mean to make you sad :/ I'm just in a...down mood, so there was this. Truth be told, I've been trying to write this since last Thursday, and I just got around to it. It's hard to write, a) because it's sad, b) because I'm out of my element if you know what I mean. But it's an idea that begged to be done.

You could write something like this. I have faith in you my dear, more than you know.

And I didn't know you were opposed to the idea of it being about Cass. How come?

That's a lot of becauses. But I do think I get what you're saying. I don't know, that scene was tough for me, so I think I twisted it whatever way worked easiest at that time for me personally. But you know, there's always other avenues to explore.

Oh, this is lovely and sad. I'd only just realized there would be another "goodbyes" scene this season (presumably) and begun to wonder how it would go, and then here is this perfectly in character rendering of it.

I realized that the other day too -- although I'm hoping it isn't just them that we see, though I figure we will definitely see them. I don't know if it's perfect but it's what I have in my head, so thanks :)

So very sad. I know we won't get anything like this on the show, so I will keep it as my own personal canon of how the goodbye should go. Very sensitive portrayal of such a heartbreaking moment.

I didn't comment on this last night? *kicks self* Well, damn, I meant to. Probably didn't because I got sidetracked with trying to find something to wipe my eyes with and blow my nose on.

You broke my heart. I suppose I should line up that box of Kleenex for the finale, huh? Even though I know the writers won't do as good a job as you have, I'm sure there will be room for tears - if for no other reason than we will once again be facing 8 or 9 months with no new Lost!
