Oh, Clementine. There should be more Clementine fics out there!

You should be proud of this. At first I thought this was Kate's daughter, and then about halfway through I realized it was Clem, and that's just wonderful. I love the inclusion of all the different Losties in this; the subtle presence of Claire made me smile. Well done!

I've seen stuff about her, but not really past when she's a kid.

You know, I like to keep people guessing and that was really what I was doing here. The Iowa mention is deliberate, to throw people off, but I'm glad you were able to figure it out (and notice that Claire was there ;))

I'm glad you liked this! Thanks for reading!

You had me thinking this was Kate's baby and I liked the fic. Then the reveal came that it was Cassidy's daughter and I loved it. It really heightens the poignancy of Sawyer giving Clem to Jack. I think this back and forth dance Jack has with booze and control is prophetic. I liked that Clem grew up to strong and independent but also caring. You have every right to be proud of this one.

Yeah, I thought it would be too obvious if it was Kate's kid. And I hate being obvious.

And honestly, as much as people like to pretend, I think Sawyer would suck as a dad, especially considering he's still got people after him probably, due to all the cons he pulled. He wouldn't be very stable. But he would be smart enough to know that she should have a good life. And that leads to Jack, because he needs things to obsess over, to fix, and this is an opportunity for him.

I'm glad you liked this! Thanks for reading!

Very nice! Part of me is guessing this has the whole Kate/Jack/Sawyer triangle of doom in it.

I like how you put it without names till the very end.

*sigh* forget my guess. I think it's pretty obvious I'm not watching this show.

Hey, the guess is fine. I know a lot of people would jump to it being Kate's kid. But no, I had to go with Sawyer's daughter.

Either way, I'm glad you liked this! Thanks so much for reading (even if you're not watching)!

I didn't even know Sawyer had a kid. So I'm way out of the loop;)

I think you mean that I killed Cass. Just so we don't get confused.

Also, those implications of why Sawyer gave her to Jack? There are two reasons: One being he needs something to care for, obsess about, fix. The second being something else entirely, which probably is what you're thinking.

I'm thrilled you liked it hun! Thanks for reading!

oh, very cool! it's the only fic I've read with her growing up and I find myself fascinated. it's sad, her having to go from person to person, but you made it very interesting. Sawyer, admitting he can't raise her, and Jack taking her in... it's bittersweet. lovely.

I see a lot about her as a kid...but not when she grows up. And I wanted to write that.

I don't imagine she'd have a very stable childhood. Especially with Sawyer and everything he's done. And I kind of found myself intrigued by this idea.

I'm glad you liked it hun! Thanks for reading!
