Only 4 more days until my awesome book launch party and I'm getting more and more excited. Squeee!  You don't have to buy a Norwescon badge to come. Just arrive at the SeaTac DoubleTree hotel by 8pm Friday, March 25th and go to room 5330. Further wordcount in Cordon Blues has been suspended due to an email with two sets of beta reader feedback from editordude. I'm not sure how to go about processing all this, as I had written the book with a chapter by chapter feedback from editordude as I wrote it. Started the sequel to Sweet Secrets today.  I did some math and calculate I need to write +500 each time if I want to only work five days a week to finish this thing within six months. As I wrote around 600 today, I think I'll make it ( Read more... )

Whoo Hoo!  I finished the tedious edits Editordude wanted and have sent the story off. The heavy lifting part is now done. Sweet Secrets will now go through some in-house readers, then grammar editing (I expect to see lots of corrections there, lol), then typsetting, etc. While I know there will be more I have to do, my heavy lifting part is over, ( Read more... )
