I imagine that the quitting would have been easier if it were only because of my issues with dancing itself, but it was mainly because of personal issues with people at this great school and because I was moving away. I think even without those two factors I was weaning dance out of my life, but a thirteen year obsession doesn't go away so easily.
I've considered it, but I really am better off without it. I was having serious joint problems. I almost had to have knee surgery. Without dance, all of that has cleared up. I guess I'll just carry a chip on my shoulder forever, haha.

& Hey, ballet! I've done ballet too, for 8 years, to be exact. I loved it, too, but at a certain point I got bored and quit.

Maybe you can start again at your new school, next year? =) And woah, 13 years, that's amazing! (I thought 8 years was long, haha).
