So, I'm really glad I got to go to Otto with homolinus, darhoratio, sparklyfabulous, jbwt, mushroom_kitty, gordong, rockmarooned, and other non-livejournalers this weekend. ahhh, yay congrats! i say you go for the faster commute over the cheaper one. in my opinion, sleeping that extra hour/half hour is worth spending the extra money each month. although, winter street parking is the absolute worst. the apartment looks open and spacious and the walls are pretty. i can't wait to see it! how close is it to jesse's current place?

It's about a 10 minute walk from Jesse's place in the direction of the subway. It's closer to the G, the good diner, and the good Thai food place, so I'm happy!

Does this mean there will be no one left in Westchester when I come back to visit?

Well, I imagine your family will be there when you go back to visit. Otherwise, you'll just have to meet me in NYC.

THIS IS IN CAPS BECAUSE I AM TALKING LOUDLY SO THAT I CAN DROWN OUT THAT TINY VOICE THAT SAYS YOU ARE NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING.....IT'S TIME....IM GOING TO MISS YOU BEING SO CLOSE, BUT, ITS TIME!!! AND, SINCE I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE, YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO STAY AWHILE, DO LAUNDRY, VISIT THE RIVER AND GET LOST IN TARGET....GOOD LUCK AND MUCH HAPPINESS IN YOUR NEW PLACE, LOVE YOU...

lol this is EXACTLY what my mom said to my sister, who actually just got an apartment that you can see from the back window of my parents house. (it's in the old woodrow wilson high school across from the current high school).

That's adorable. Congratulations. Are you keeping Lando?

Hell yes, Lando is coming with me. We just have to make The Big Decision together: Triboro or Queensboro.

Yay! It's right only because it means you can hang more with city-folk like me. And as for the Westchester folk...they can learn to share.

Congrats!
