Having lost all the music I'd bought off iTunes (I'd never backed it all up properly), I contacted AppleCare to see if they'd let me redownload it. My hard drive crashed again. This happened last year; My entire hard drive just phoop, stopped working, and there's nothing to be done. So, first of all, everyone: Remember to back up your data! I'd backed up a month and a half ago, which isn't bad, considering.
