Puerto Rico was nice again. I dug soil pits and swam around and got a swollen toe from a sea urchin. Also, learned about dry, high-altitude forests, which was neat. And I got to briefly explore a huge abandoned sugar refinery

thanks for posting these. i took a few pictures, but not as many as i would have liked.

i wonder if they tore the oil cans down just because they knew people were climbing on them? or is some new industrial development going in?

supposedly the EPA sued the guy who owned them and so he is paying to have them torn down and the area cleaned. i don't think there are plans to develop the area in any way.
