This was my first, and hopefully last, connection with tabloid fodder. The guy admitted he murdered her, so that takes the wind out of the CourtTV sails and hopefully means the family will get some peace.

How can the kids possibly have a normal life after all this? The oldest is Brady's age, so has to have a reasonably good understanding of the situation. One parent is dead, the other will be put away for life.

It seems that her sister has stepped up as the pillar of strength in the family, so hopefully will be up to the task of raising the children in a stable household.

The whole thing makes my skin crawl.

Mind-blowing indeed. Christine actually got a call from the victim's hometown paper wanting a statement. How they got her cell phone number (especially after a name change) is more than a little troubling.

Wow, how circuitous and sad that you and Christine knew Tara Grant, I've been at a boil about this for about a week and half, seeing as I think his guilt has been written on his forhead from the explaination "she got into a mysterious dark sedan". I mean was he sure it wasn't a black helicopter? I just cannot believe how willing people were to believe this snivelling liar.

Thank God that his hypothermia fried his brain enough to admit his guilt. I'm sure a shady lawyer will contest the confession, but with luck this whole thing will be settled quietly and with dignity. As long as he never leaves a prison as long as he lives, I'll be satisfied.
