Despite lately eating some delicious take-away, some very rich Thai, Indian and Mongolian food, and being sick, I have managed to keep off the 14kg I lost between August and October, and I still weigh my first goal. Once my health is back on track, I'll step up the effort and ditch the next 9kg to goal #2...and from there, there's only another 10
