Despite lately eating some delicious take-away, some very rich Thai, Indian and Mongolian food, and being sick, I have managed to keep off the 14kg I lost between August and October, and I still weigh my first goal. Once my health is back on track, I'll step up the effort and ditch the next 9kg to goal #2...and from there, there's only another 10 ( Read more... )

Give it time, it'll come off. When your feeling better. :) It really sucks when your sick and motivated to exercise but can't.

I've been exercising when I can and already I can see the blood pressure and muscle bulk improvements, yet I haven't lost any weight. I find with my body that it's all about the types of exercise I do as to where I shrink and tone. If your just walking that might be why your not seeing the dress sizes drop. If you can do the occasional load bearing exercise you'll shape up. :)

Nose bleeds can be a sign your deficient in iron... and lead to anaemia. Possibly related to that lethargy you talked about. Wikipedia's NoseBleed
It might not be the iron your deficient in either but other things that help break that down.
