I've suspected the French are crazy - in a good way.

I'll keep my eye out for walls, railings, angles....Shame we can't ship you to Europe for that cool training construction/edifice/thingie Belle has. Or the place in Berlin. Anybody you know in this area into it?

i'd gladly take a move to london to go train with Forrest and Dan Edwardes, too. That looks like a spectacular indoor area they have for initial training, etc. Alas, I haven't found anyone in this area yet. There is a guy in the Newark (DE) area who is registered on the American Parkour website, but he doesn't log a lot of activity on there, so I'm guessing he's not really all THAT into it. I'm not sure it's worth going to ask him if he wants to go climb around sometime. Especially since I'm barely entering my training. At this point, getting into shape is my biggest first obstacle. Once I tone up and drop a few of those hated LBs, I might look into joining a class or a team in NJ or maybe even NY if I decide to move or that the commute would be worth it. Those are the closest places with a community large enough to mention and/or any sort of training/instruction available ( ... )
