I'm trying to be linear with this, but I'm probably just going to skip back and forth a lot.

On Friday morning, about an hour after Joe left for work, I started having contractions. I kept track of how often they occurred, and then called Joe to tell him I thought it was time. 
We went to the hospital around ten am, but I was only two centimeters

LOL I wouldn't say I have already forgotten the pain. I'm currently on two different painkiller prescriptions and have the wonderful joy of only being able to sit certain ways in order to be comfortable. But like I said, he's so perfect that I don't mind.
Joe and I have been taking turns laying with him today, just watching him sleep. I figured I'd get online to thank everyone for their comments and then give another update. He keeps doing the most amazing things. Stuff he shouldn't be doing yet, according to a lot of websites. But we're not complaining. We're just surprised.
