I moved back to Indiana on July 5th. A few weeks later, someone that Joe knows moved into the house next to ours.
The landlord kind of sucks, but that seems to be a quality that landlords have (note: my parents are landlords, so don't get offended. Or get offended and watch me not care.)

We took Linus to see the Cubs vs the Reds on May 6th, and that was interesting, to say the least. Trying to carry a one month old around a crowded baseball stadium in order to change his diaper wasn't easy, but we managed. Linus has developed the habit of squirming his way off of me when he falls asleep while I hold him. He always ends up against my left side, kneeling, with his head resting on my stomach.

I thought I had been talking to my half-sis yesterday on the phone.

It turned out to be my niece.

Joe's going back to work tomorrow, and I'm nervous about being alone all day with the baby. I've learned that even though we're relatively easygoing about a lot of things, we're neurotic parents.
