Home again, home again, jiggety jig

So. Back from LA. A really grand two weeks. So much fun with my grandson and my son. Disappointingly, did not make it to the beach. [Not that we went every day when I was a kid there. So, not so different.] Otoh, got to go on the bus with my grandson to school and drop him off, then go on to my course down by the airport. I enjoy riding the bus in ( Read more... )

Welcome back to your own little nest! I can only imagine the joys of being a funky granny and seeing the world all over again with your grandson. Wish I could help you on the grant-writer front, but that's a totally new concept to me. But home in time for Christmas. Glad you're back.

Thanks. Though I don't do much here for Christmas- family's all over, and the friends I used to do things with when our kids were all in school together don't do much together anymore- we all have grown kids scattered here and there, and get pulled this way and that.

There's someone out there who's the person for the job. They'll turn up.
